The Issue:

You may encounter the issue with login to Canvas, If you get the page like this:

Root Cause:

You are login to your personal Gmail. Google will automatically try to use your personal Gmail info to authenticate to Canvas LMS. 

Solutions:

Option 1: Sign in to your SFBU email first then choose SFBU email while in Canvas login.

Option 2: Open incognito mode with Google Chrome then login to Canvas with your SFBU email

Other solutions include,

• Open from another browser such as windows edge then login to Canvas with your SFBU email
• Sign out from your current Gmail (Not SFBU Email) then re-login to Canvas with your SFBU email.
